Canning Tomatoes

Our tomatoes needed to be used up fairly quickly.

So we diced them up,

grabbed the salt and a couple of limes,

(yummy limes)

added some garlic, cumin, chile powder, salt, and squeezed the limes,

to make some TASTY canned tomatoes! I use these in my Spanish rice. It's nice having them pre-seasoned so we don't need to as much when making it!
Place in water bath for 35mins or pressure for 15 mins
