Canned Salsa


We had about 13 medium-large tomatoes. We quartered them for easier chopping.


We halved and sliced about 14 serrano peppers.

2 bunches of cilantro (corriander) chopped.

Mix in about 2 cups of diced onion and mix all ingredients with a salt to taste.


So simple, we had a 10 year old help with most of it! And even canned it for later use. (put empty jars in hot water, lids in even hotter water for 10 minutes, fill clean jars add lid and ring, put into pot with enough water to cover jars and splash of vinegar, boil 15 minutes, and let cool 12 hours)
