Boston Market Cornbread

These are almost as good as Boston Market Cornbread. I think it needs a bit more butter and it'd be about the same. If you can fiddle with the recipe and find a closer match, let me know!

2 boxes (8 1/2 oz) Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 box buter cake recipe mix (or yellow cake mix)
5 eggs
1 1/3 C water
1/2 C. butter, softened

Preheat oven to 350degrees.
Mix all dry ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients.
Pour into greased cupcake or mini loaf pans.
Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown. (until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean)
Allow to cool slightly.
Serve warm with butter or honey.
